flash roll over buttons

I have been trying to make a like a flash nav bar like thing kinda like the one jmann93 made or like cool_boy_714 or things like that (but they both theres down i wonder why?) but how do i make something like that?

I've tried that too. Do you like, not know the codes? Or do you not know the animation?

Convert your drawing to a button. Then double-click it to edit it. Go to the keyframe called "over". Edit your button to what you want to rollover effect to be.

That's how you do one in flash.

Yeah, sure. First make a separate movieclip of the first frame. Then double-click it to edit. Add animation to the keyframes. Exit editing mode. Then copy and paste that movieclip onto the "Over" keyframe of your button.
